Pastor of Senior Adults

Elaine Chapman joined the staff of Northridge Church in 1995 as Director of the Jesus Cares Center - a program providing a hot lunch for the homeless in the downtown Pensacola area.  Elaine was ordained as a mission pastor in 1996 and served in that capacity until August of 2007.

Elaine is now serving as Pastor of Senior Adults at Northridge Church.  Our goal is to see the fifty years young and up, refire instead of retire! That renewed fire will allow the maturity and wisdom that God has given, used mightily for the church and take it into the community.

We are called the Northridge Ridgerunners; Hebrews 12:1-2 says "therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up and let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.  We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus..."

They are the proud parents of two adult sons and three grandchildren: Caleb, Annie and Madyson.
