It is our desire to have all who attend, find a place to serve God and each other. We believe that serving is a spiritual discipline to be developed by every believer. Northridge, therefore, develops its ministry programs with great dependence on servant volunteers and seeks to assist and empower individuals in the discovery of that “right place” of service.
